Clare brings a wealth of patient care experience to the company following a career in NHS nursing, midwifery and teaching.  Being understanding and with an ability to support people at a stressful time in their lives comes second nature. 

She is a great cook too!

​Jane brings over 40 years of experience as a nurse in both clinical and senior managemet roles.  Throughout her career, Jane has dedicated herself to being patient-focused in every aspect of her practice. Her knowledge and compassionate approach has made her a trusted advocate for those she has cared for.  Jane has had the privilege of being able to make a positive impact on countless lives and now brings this to people needing home support.  Outside of work, Jane cares for her grandchildren and volunteers at her local community foodbank.

Gareth is a great people-person, known for his really friendly nature, constant willingness to help and an ability to problem solve!  Gareth has a background as a maintenance engineer for over 20 years with a commitment to safety and a reputation for reliability and professionalism. Outside of work, Gareth enjoys time with his family and grandchildren, playing golf and socialising with friends.

Phil is a husband, dad to four girls and grandad to three young boys so he is used to being busy, being organised and tidying up! 

Phil manages company operations including customer services, compliance, systems and marketing.
