Meal Preparation

Your support helper will plan and cook meals for you. We will agree a meal plan with you so that you get the dishes you want at the times you want. Our team are trained in meal preparation to ensure safe, nutritional meals are just as you want them.

We can even go shopping for any specific ingredients needed.

Garden Maintenance

Maintaining a garden can be time consuming and hard work especially if you are not up to it at the moment.

We can manage general garden maintenance for you with mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, clearing leaves, watering flowers or clearing rubbish.
